The Master Jeweler vendors won’t sell jewelry supplies unless you are a jewelers. All the other crafting vendors will sell to you even when you aren’t in that profession. This seems like an oversight rather than intended.

I know there are vendors in Rata Sum located next to the Master’s that sell the exact same materials as Masters do. Not sure how it is anywhere else as I tend to stay in RS as I find it has the best layout.

Where were you? There are Master Jeweler vendors that won’t sell me anything and I am a level 400 Jeweler myself lol. Certain vendors are glitched. I’m pretty sure Ebonhawke is one of the places where I had major problems.
