I just reacher Weaponsmithing level 50 out of 75. I have many orange color items which has (Master) logo and it says “Required rating: 50”. What does that mean? I think it’s not about my personal level, because I am only 38 level. Should I buy some additional weaponsmithing book or something to use this skill? What kind of rating do I need?

It just means you are of crafting level to craft it. Nothing more and nothing less. It turns green and white as well depending on the level you are.

“Required Rating: 50” means you need 50 Weaponsmithing to make it.
The orange color means you can make it and are likely to skill up on it.
The “Master” text means that the resulting item will be of Masterwork quality (Green).

“There’s items I can craft that requires level 50, what does that mean?”
