I have some materials that are not shown on discovery tab, like a Venom Sac (see pic).
Am I missing something or is it a bug?

I’ve had this happen to me with cooking too, though it’s much harder to spot because it’s a full page and a bit of materials.
Hope this gets fixed soon. Or if it’s not showing up because there are no more recipes to be found off it, I think they should make it clearer since we can no longer control what shows up in that tab.

Having the same issue with LW and Huntsman… mats not showing in discovery pane.

I had the same issue with carrots not showing with cooking. It must be a bug as I checked recipes which can be made on a guide and Iam low lvl in cooking with heaps more carrot combo recipes to discover.

Small Venom Sac (according to it’s wiki page) is only used in 2 Armorsmith recipes : ‘Ravaging Wool Insignia’ and ‘Ravaging Embroidered Wool Insignia’. Once you’ve made those two recipes there is nothing more to discover from it.

If an item is not showing, it’s because there’s no more recipes to discover that require it.

well, I had not even done any of the discoveries for leatherworking and none of the blues were showing up… the next day it was fine, last night some weren’t there again…. I DO have more than two crafts learned… crossed data?

This, or also the level of your chara is too low to use them (if I’m not wrong some mats require it )

Perhaps you’ve already discovered everything involving Venom Sacs?
