After leveling some jobs to 400 i notice a trend.
They all feel very similiar (aside from cook, jeweler and a bit of arteficier) and lack synergy. In their own tiers, as well as between each other.
What do i mean? the higher you get, lower products dont matter anymore. next tier, old stuff becomes obsolete (aside from cook, they go all over the place, which is great).
Every job stands on its own. While sharing some materials and products, there is nothing one needs from the other, leaving a desolated feeling.
Combining jobs would make some sense, while enhancing the actual need to level them, as well as making them actually interesting, aside from beeing an easy way to level.
We see Heavy or leather armor use cloth parts. How about items that take several jobs to create, allowing them to have synergy.
using items of several jobs to create better (looking) armor/weapons.
Right now the basic weapons you create are all the same, only with a different color eflecting the base metal you using. how about combining this with a jwelers touch, putting crystals in it or ornaments.
for later, if housing becomes part of the game (or guild halls) using a huntsman use of wood to create a chair, taking it to the armorer or weapon smith to fit it with iron plating and lastly to an tailor for the couchening.
Basicly. i would like the crafting system to be enhanced further, breaking the straight forward way it is presented now.
