Just wondering if anyone knows what the name of the dye or armor that looks like water (or ice?) and moves with perspective similar to twilight and dawn?

Perhaps someone with the Legendary Hammer, Juggernaut?

Drawing the weapon causes the player to be covered in liquid metal. The color of the metal changes depending on:

• The dye on the player’s armor
• The ambient light

No they had Dawn equipped so I don’t believe so, it was only on their armor not there weapon.

There’s a visual bug occurring when you swap multiple leggendaries, u might get one or more auras on you even wielding a different weapon. You can also have the same results as you asked, if in the off-set lies Juggernaut – i have 8 legendaries, it happens to me very often when swapping quickly meanwhile running during some instance.

Some ppl also thinks it’s cool…. Probably not when you are a norn moving in tiny areas -.-
