Cause from what I been seeing, that seems to be the case.

I was hoping to craft a mystic hammer, but when I saw the mystic claymore and saw it was the same as the inquest broadsword, my heart sank.

Any able to confirm they use the same skins as inquest for other weapons? I was also looking into getting a mystic barricade (shield) though i hear thats bugged currently.

It is the case. Mystic weapons are blue/grey reskins of the Inquest weapons. I have a mystic staff which proves the case as well.
