Is the cost to craft an item in the mystic forge (Like Foefire’s Essence or Volcanus) significantly less expensive than or equal to buying it off the trading post? I think I saw somewhere saying that theyre about the same.

It will always be slightly cheaper to make your own mystic forge weapon due to the 15% sell fee on the trade post (you’ll save around 10-15% on the weapon depending on quantity and demand).
