Anyone interested in seeing this? It would be useful to convert some high supply, low-demand high tier materials (T6 leather, cloth) into lower tier materials that are in greater demand.

It would do absolutely nothing to the linen price because silk is not cheap enough.

You’d have a whole lot of gossamer to burn through and this would shift prices down a bit.

IF the demotion formula was th same as the promotion formula, you would get more silk buy selling your gossamer and buying silk.

IF the demotion formula was th same as the promotion formula, you would get more silk buy selling your gossamer and buying silk.

Then the demotion formula just wouldn’t be the same? It’s that simple.

Speaking for myself, I’d support demotion recipes in the Mystic Forge.
