Can i still use them or can i just npc them. They’re taking my inventory space and i can’t sell them otherwise? They were from the wintersday event and i have no idea what they’re for…

Get rid of them. Your opportunity to use them is over.

frame + 250 cogs + 250 wads + 250 stuffing = mini of the same name as the frame (Mystic Forge)
I’m pretty sure this recipe still works, but there are no ways to get any of the ingredients anymore. (wads and stuffing can be bought on the TP)
If you have less than 250 cogs, just destroy them (or wait until wintersday 2013, might be used again)
I think there’s also a Mystic Forge recipe for getting endless wintersday tonics…

well i have one frame but no wads or stuffing… where can i buy that? at least i’ll have a mini then if the recepies still work… and i have 350 cogs i think…

also, how much does that cost?

If you have the bank space to spare, I’d suggest holding onto the Mystical Cogs till next Wintersday. Odds are high that Tixx will be back again, and the extra Cogs may mean you’re able to craft the Toys that you weren’t able to get this year.

Well that’s what i was thinking… I can’t sell them to an npc for much, and i can still buy other components to make my toy soldier…

Can i do that? Does the recepie still work? Or am i too late? I want to know before i buy other components, so that i don’t get any more useless items in my inventory… :P

Unfortunately, I don’t know for certain. I believe that the recipes are still valid (it’s still possible to create some of the Halloween skins like the Mad Moon and Arachnophobia in the MF, for example), but I don’t have a conclusive answer.

I don’t have any extra money right now to buy the materials anyway so when i do, i’ll look into it. If it works now, it’ll work in a week too, and if not, oh well… Money wasted. :P

Cool! Thank you for that information. I have a toy soldier. That’ll probably work too then.
Now if only i could find the mystic forge. :P I know it’s in Lyon’s Arch, but i haven’t found it yet. Oh well, google time. :P

Long as you have a frame and 250 cogs, you can buy the glues and wads on the TP still.
