New player, which disciples for PvE Warrior?
Anything you craft is either unbound or account bound, so just get 2 fresh ones on each character as there is really no bonus to having particular crafts on particular characters.
Armorsmith/Weaponsmith if you don’t already have them on other characters, though, as those are used to make your BIS gear as a PvE Warrior.

Assuming this is your first character I would suggest cooking and weaponsmithing. Cooking is cheap to level, will make use of a lot of the ingredients you find as you go, and you’ll keep making use of it at 80 to save money on whichever food items you decide to use. It’s hard to go wrong with cooking as a first discipline.
I’d take weaponsmithing as my other profession, as between weapons and armor your weapons are generally more valuable, and again at level 80 you’ll make much more use of weaponsmithing (it has several profitable crafts, and in the long run ascended weapons are more important than ascended armor).
Armorsmithing is something you’d want eventually, but in the short run I wouldn’t bother; it uses the same materials as weaponsmithing and you’ll have to buy a bunch of mats to level them both, it’s expensive, and its end game crafts are not as valuable as weaponsmithing.
Jeweler is ok when leveling but doesn’t really offer anything unique at level 80. Just buy the jewelry you need and skip it for now.

Jeweler is the craft required for the dungeon recipes, which are largely profitable – especially ones like Vallog’s, Plague, Bloodstone etc.

Problem is, nobody really bothers to wear exotic jewelery. Ascended basic ones are easy to obtain, rest can be bought quickly from karma vendors in Orr. Apart from having cool named itemas that nobody can see, it’s practical waste of money.

I beg to differ, the Plagues I craft sell like hot cakes.

If you’re looking for the most reliable way to make Best in Slot gear, go with Weaponsmith/Armorsmith. It won’t become relevant until you’re level 80 and have a substantial amount of money, but Ascended gear is account bound and therefore cannot be bought. The only way to obtain ascended weapons and armor is by crafting them or from extremely rare drops.
If you’re looking for easy levels, go with cooking/jewelry/artificer. They aren’t as useful for you late-game as everything that you make can be more easily bought on the Trading Post, but you will get some fast levels from mastering these crafts.
Those dungeon recipes that Flissy mentioned are very profitable, but they are rarer than a precursor. If you happen to ever get one, then make a jewelcrafter, but don’t anticipate ever getting one.

That’s a fair point. If you decide you like to run a particular dungeon a ton and get one of the recipes to drop, it may be worth leveling up Jeweler to get good money for your dungeon tokens.
If you want to eventually craft Ascended Armor and Weapons for your warrior, then go for Weaponsmith and Armorsmith. Keep in mind that ascended crafting are a HUGE investment, especially for someone who is starting to play and don’t have a lot of stock in bank. But still these are nice to have. I also like having those on my main since you have a lot of crafting that you can only do once a day (once you are max level in crafting), do i don’t have to switch to an alt for doing those. If you see yourself more like a casual and don’t really care about the stats, then you problable never craft ascended or this won’t happen until a long time. In that case these two are not really good for you.
Cooking is useful for everybody, you can make some money out of it, but I use this mostly so save on some food that i need. It’s also one of cheapest crafting to max.
Jeweler is cheap to max level but it won’t help you all once at max level except for 2 exception. If you don’t care at all for ascended gear you could craft exotic trinket with that. But keep in mind that if ascended armor/weapons are expensive, you can get ascended gear without much problem, especially if you go into Fractal. The other reason to get Jeweler is for Dungeon recipe that will give you really good money. But you need to do a lot of dungeon and get lucky to find the Recipe first.
Artificer is also really cheap to level up. But it won’t really help you warrior at all. Maybe some potion, but not really a big deal.
