I seem to only get class xp from crafting orange text items about every 5 crafts, when before I was getting class xp for everything.

Anyone else experiencing this, or is it a bug?

Using the formulas we’re familiar with, you should be getting 2.5% experience towards your character’s next level each time you gain a level in your crafting.

Yeah, what Lucubration said is correct (although I think they nerfed it from 2.5 to just 2). You only gain character xp when your crafting profession gains a level, not just whenever you craft something.
