Anyone know the most efficient way to obtain Nightmare Coil?

It sells for about 5g on the TP and only needs 200 tokens to craft.

According to the wiki it’s obtained in TA F/U, but which boss? And will wearing Magic Find increase my chances? (Is it dropped from a boss? Or a chest?)

And anyone here with knowledge would like to start speed running TA exp wit me to get it?

Like all dungeon recipies, it drops from boss and not chest. Bosswise, I’ve under impression that any of the bosses on specific path can drop recipie but I’ve only had luck with final bosses myself. (hotw1, coe1 – seen drops of cof1 and se1 on final boss as well)

For Ta speedrunning, you might want to condier making LFG posts after you’ve mastered it. TA is decent income goldwise and you might get lucky with onyx.

Most efficient way; Do full TA daily with few characters. You’ll get full tokens which’ll make you happy happy once/if you finaly get that recipie.

But isn’t the final boss a structure without a chest? So where does the recipe drop from?

i found 2 kodas gift and 10 ashes of effigy recipe.

That being said I did maybe 2000 cof path 1 run in my life. So expect the drop rate to be low, maybe once every 200 run.

So is it confirmed it drops from F/F instead of F/U? Is wiki wrong?
