Is there a way to get the Pile of Foul Essence outside a moldy bag drop?

Two of us play together, and we can’t seem to figure out how to get these at a rate that’s at all consistent with the TP price, or with the number of cheap runs for sale that use them.

I have got them as loot from undead

I as well get a lot from cursed shore mobs and the dungeon. About the only “gold” item I do get unfortunately, but alas now you know. They drop several ‘essences’.

… and there are at least 3 zones that are pretty much nothing but undeads.
