These things being soulbound and costing 50 skill points to buy means it becomes a real headache to make Mystic weapons for our alts. At the very least, they should be account bound, but honestly they shouldn’t be bound at all. With them costing 50 skill points, I doubt you’d ever see the TP flooded with these scrolls.

No, there is a good reason they are soulbound. By the time your character is level 80 they should have 50 skill points to spare on an eldritch scroll.

If you make these non-bound, then why not just make bloodstone shards unbound as well? This is not a good idea, and you haven’t thought this through.

Your alt does his legendary.
There is a perfect reason why they are soulbound and that should not change
If you want a legendary on an alt they they have to do the process

Yeap, you can already craft exotics for your alt via crafting, and 50 points is nothing. I hit 80 on monday and i have 144 spare points.

Also Mangarrage, i think hes talking about exotics, not legendaries.
