Guild Wars 2

So I decided I wanted some runes and insignias. Figured I’d buy Temple armour to salvage. Wasn’t until I was 14 pairs in, I realised you can’t even salvage.

What do I do now?

EDIT: I have 26 Transmutation crystals spare, what level gloves MINIMUM can I transmute these to and still be able to salvage for runes/insignias?

I remember salvaging them many months ago, but I realised it was after I transmuted them.

I just transmuted the gloves with cheap (80s/ea) Magi gloves and salvaged them that way.

80 SILVER each?
you could of transmuted with cheap 1s white gloves and it’d do the same thing. you’re only after the rune anyways. level 80 would be safest as I feel some runes can’t be on low level armor, but the price difference between 80 and 5 is so little that it’s just not worth having to waste 1s buying a 2nd pair of gloves :P

according to Gw2Wiki, superior runes can be on level 60+ armor.
