There is one that will turn you into a random ruminant.

With the exception of Charr, I don’t think there’s much cross-over between ruminants and cats, though.

Yesterday I ran the the “Twilight Arbor” instance for the first time. When I was fighting the boss Cadeyrn, I was turned into a cat. I liked it and thought it was cute and am wondering if there is a potion or similar item that can turn me into a cat again.

i believe that if you have 100 laurels the laurel merchants in each major city sell a potion that does what you desire…not sure though as i don’t have 100 laurels :p
also if you have the pass for the VIP area in laurel merch there has them
