My own fault I guess since I thought precursor crafting was going to be in. Got overly excited for nothing.

Don’t get me wrong, im not close to my legendary since I am just so crestfallen to even need dusk, but todays patch excited me immensely because a dev said you can craft precursors(i guess he meant eventually)

I made a few exotic weapons, mystic toileted it all away and just going back to someday dreaming of having a twilight.

I think the problem in acquiring the desired precursor affects too many players for it to continually be ignored by Anet.

The ability to craft precursors makes sense and is a suggestion made frequently by the community.

Didn’t they say Precursors would be craftable by the end of the year?

They completely avoided the subject at PAX, from reports I’ve read.

But Linsey was supposed to be working on “designing” a way to obtain precursors that isn’t so random as the Mystic Forge.

If the new crafting is a glimpse at this… I’ll be greatly disappointed.

I’ve finished to gather things for my bifrost, and I am on the way for Flameseeker. Only need precursors. I waste (over time) about 2k try in the mystic toilet, with awful results. Never get my Legend (only 6 Ymrildeen). Quite disappointed that Anet gives priorities to other meaningless things (SAB) and not to the prices in the TP, where EVERYTHING (from soft wood to Iron to Precursors to Rare weapons) is Skyrocketing. Before the Ascended weapon patch, Rare staffs on tp can be finded at 28/30s. Now prices are 38/40s. It’s absurd. The legend wet from 580g to 850g, an increase of more than 50%. In 2 days.
Quite disappointed!
