What is actual drop chance of precursor if someone put exotic 78-80 into MF? Anyone knows that?

I am also curious if you think the actual price of precursors gonna drop again in near future? +- 1 month

And also, what is your advice, try luck in MF or buy it from TP?

You don’t think that if such information were known it would be on every fan website and probably a sticky on this very forum? That people had put in hundreds of hours dumping stuff in the Mystic Forge but were just waiting for someone to come along and blighthely ask before sharing their results?

As to the act of true prophecy you want to see over how the market is going to move, well, here goes: if the Devs get the scavenger hunt in place, I think we’re all expecting a drop. If not, the steady consolidation of super-traders will ensure that precurrsor price NEVER goes down without ANet’s direct and fairly blatant intervention.

Place your bets accordingly. But nothing is going to stop it from being gambling.

i got my spark out of 1 try with lvl 80 exotic CoF daggers… did toss like 60ish rares before that, but the point is lets say you want a spark aswell, you do CoF path 1 and 2 daily, possibly with 2 characters, eventually you will get enough marks for 4 daggers… now the thing with it is , you dont spend a single copper on the daggers as you are getting the marks for free, plus you are getting cash doing the dungeon itself….. PLUS if you toss 4 exo CoF daggers, you can always sell the one you get out if its not a spark, because you can always get more marks from a dungeon its a profit any way you look

I am looking for more accurate percentage tbh. So I am just thinking about how to gain another precursor in the most effective way, in MF or just wait precursors to drop in price

I am afraight if I buy precursor now I migh be dissapointed in next month that it got 2x cheaper after some patch/event or It will be become even more expensive because supply will be lower….

So I ask if I should buy it now/try MF way or I should wait a month for prices to drop.

I just hope Anets will do something about the prices, they did with karka chests and prices were about 30% lower before they did that. Now it would be even more needed to drop the prices.

if you got money to throw away in the mystic toilet then proceed to throw in as many rare/exotic weapons as you need to in the forge. if you don’t have that much money then start saving. you don’t know if they will be cheaper or easier to get next week or 6 months from now, thats the risk you either take or dont take.
