Guild Wars 2

while i was looking for a decent staff skin my eye came across a Primitive Pike skin, but when i looked up how to get 1 of those i found nothing at all. the only piece of info i could find was as a reward in pvp chest. 1 of my friends got lucky and had it before the wardrobe patch came out.

Is it still possible to get this skin? and so yea, how?

All the previous PvP only skins are no longer obtainable.
There are some comments along the lines of making it somehow obtainable through PvP again but you shouldn’t be expecting that to arrive at any particular time.
