Let’s say I want to craft the Juggernaut, the legendary hammer. I’d need a gift of metal and vial of quicksilver. To craft gift of metal I need weaponsmith 400 and for vial of quicksilver jeweler 400,. When combining those 2 (including some other ingredients) I’ll get gift of the Juggernaut. Do I need to have those 2 professions on the same character to craft the gift of Juggernaut, or can I have jeweler on character A and weaponsmith on character B?

All legendary gifts is to my knowledge account bound. so no, you dont need them both on 1 character. and the legendary weapon when created is also soulbound on use, which means you can give it to any character or sell it on the tp.
