Hey guys i am a newbie to the game , i have been farming for fractal capacitor (infused) and tried to look at crafting guides which confused me alot.
the question is simple , i want the “glowy” Fractal Capacitor (infused) but the crafting guide says that for it i need 1350 relics and after that
1 gift of ascension(500 relics) alongwith other materials for offensive infusion
+1 gift of Ascension(500 relics again) alongwith other materials for beta fractal capacitor
+1gift of ascension (500 relics once again) alongwith other materials for fractal capacitor (infused)
now do i really have to buy the gift of ascension for all three steps or can i just use 1 gift of ascension in the final step, because its 1.5k more to farm after getting the backpiece and i was hoping i just needed 1850 relics in total alongwith other materials to get my capacitor glowing.
Please bear with my newbiness and help me with this confusion.

Yep, you need to buy the gift for all three steps, as well as all the materials for all the steps. It’s a huge amount of time spent in fractals and a lot of resources, so hopefully you either really enjoy fractals or REALLY like glowing things.

28 daily, 38 daily, 48 daily: (or 26,36,46) : 363 Fractal relics
8 days worth of 3 daily for whole 2850 price tag if you like it shiny.

You mean level 26 fractals or level 36 or lv 46 ? that is too high for me with just 5 AR but well i can do it slowly by lv 10 andlv 20 dailies. already got the prototype. now 1.5k more to go, in my opinion ectos arent the hard part but relics are :P

Relics are definately a pain when your grinding FotM just for them. A word of advice would be to progress on multiple characters instead of farming your daily 10 on one. This keeps your gameplay fresh and different, while making the whole process feel a LOT less grindy. You only need 5-10 AR for 1-20 fractals, and you’ll soon find yourself with more than enough pristine relics for all of your characters. Whatever you decide to do, I wish the best of luck!
