QuestionS, actually.
1) I realized that leveling a discipline (to 400 at least) isn’t as hard as i thought, so if im working on one discipline to 500, but got a few mats that don’t fit in there, should i use them for another discipline or just sell them on tp?
2) Im not a crafter yet so im pretty green on this, but is there any discipline (or a couple of them) able to refine every mat i get from gathering? Im struggling with space on my characters/bank right now, i will resolve this issue in a week but in case i get this problem again it would be helpful to know.
3) I recall to see some boosters related with crafting exp, but do they have a chance to increase the exp you get from the discipline or that exp is related to your character’s leveling xp bar?
4) Just assuming, but i should focus all the crafting skills on the same character right?
5) Did anyone test or got theories that would like to share, about which salvage kits are more suitable for each gear lvl/tier? I recall to read ppl saying that they would use low salvage kits for lv 40-60gear, as that increased the chance of receiving ‘x’ material that happened to be more expensive on tp, saving them the trouble to spend so much gold on mats to keep working on their crafting. Or something like that.
6) I’ve seen a few different crafting guides, and they always mention how discovery is better than massive crafting, and in this case you should aim for ’’cheaper’’ discoveries just enough till you hit the next crafting tier, where you can craft different stuff and get more exp. But ideally, when you hit 400 at least, shouldn’t you ‘go back’ and discover the stuff that you didn’t back then because it wasn’t ‘worth’ at the time? Because after 400 it starts getting harder and eventually you have the time-gate issue, so that still could get you exp without mass crafting..or am i missing someth?
7) The time-gated thing, how does it works exactly? It is only for the highest tier of mats or something else? and it is based on a 24h gate, or resets at same time that dailies do?
8) Regardless of 3), i’ll use on of those boosters. Is there a max number of crafts allowed per hour? I want to be sure i gather enough mats, since i may need to buy some i want to avoid wasting time during that hour and make sure i’m fully prepared.
9) Recipes. I thought they worked in a way that they don’t, so i’ll just make this short and ask: are they like a mat, just like a steel ingot or charged quartz, that is needed in order to craft an item? and in that case, everytime you want to craft that item you need to buy the said recipe?
