Hi,
I would like to get some info on crafting the recipe gift for legendary. I’m referring to the one bought from Miyani.

1) Can I have my alt to craft the gift ? is this account bound ?
2) Does my alt need to be level 80 to craft the gift ?

All legendary gifts are account bound, meaning you can craft them on any character.

In order to craft the gifts, you need to have lv400 of the required crafting profession, which doesn’t require you to be lv80.
