They’re accont-bound on craft, soulbound on equip. So you should be fine crafting them on one character then moving them over as long as you don’t equip them on the original character first.
Also, don’t upgrade them with runes or orbs before you move them over either, because that also causes them to become soulbound. Do all your upgrading after putting them on the proper character.
