Question on promoting charged cores
Is it cheaper to promote the cores to lodestones or just buy lodestone straight out? I have over 350 skill points.
Depends on the type:
Useful site (don’t worry about fishy URL link, it’s amazon’s cloud service), copy and paste:

All lodestones give a profit except crystal.
For charged lodestones, it’s highly advised to promote since you save 20s per combine

Usually it is always cheaper to promote cores yourself. The silver you save by doing so, is the profit per skillpoint you make. Right now, you pay about 1.8g plus 0.6 skillpoints per promotion compared to buying the lodestone directly for 2.2g
So if you need 100 Lodestones, you will save 40g and have to invest 60 skillpoints for that. That might seem like alot, but i usually get 3-5g profit per skillpoint through other promotions. So i rather use them in a different way and buy lodestones directly with their profit.

Glacial also does not currently give a profit
Vol, that site seems to not even have glacial on it’s list…
also, “don’t worry about fishy URL link” is what every hacker/virus maker/scammer says

Yes, it’s better to promote.
However, there are much better ways to monetize skillpoints.

the website Vol posted says that the current best use of SP is to make the Triforge Pendant, which gives a profit of 3g10s76c per SP.
2nd best seems to be Wintersbark at 2g73s6c, then 3rd is Immobulus at 2g69s38c

Those are indeed some. Of course, do those items actually sell, or are you ultimately going to waste your listing fee? That risk is up to you.

333g for an ascended Amulet is quite alot and i wouldnt pay the price for it.
Wintersbarg also needs dungeon tokens, so Profit per Skillpoint is kinda shady.
For Immobulus, i doubt that you get 250 Giant Eyes on the current buy order price anytime soon.
The website Vol posted is a nice try but a work in progress, the estimated rng returns on promotions arent very accurate and many uses for skillpoints arent even listed.
If you keep in mind that t1→t2 promotion uses up 1/5 of SP compared to t5→t6, this is where you should look. And those arent even listed on that website.
