What i must to do with this recipe when i find it for second time?

The only possible action i find is to sell this rare recipe to the merchant ^^
Is this for real?

Its account-bound so yes,either merch it or save it so it takes a space in your bank.

Well I think this is not a good luck Two times the same rare recipe is a bad luck.
Also i think its not correct to make nothing with this “good luck”. This is why i just ask what ArenaNet think about this.

Use it on another hero?

use it or sell it its account bound cause its a AC only drop kinda like Superior runes of the monk. but you got lucky RNG well i guess you could say lucky lol since its a rare useless item

Use it on another alt and level them up with crafts so you can make it on them.

Well what is the idea to use this recipe to another hero? This recipe required lvl 400 jeweler and i don’t need to make this amulet with more than one hero.
After all its looks ArenaNet dont know too what I to do with this recipe. So seems like Wobels is right I’m a lucky man to have this rare useless item in my bank
