Guild Wars 2

So I went to the Mystic Forge and created the Recipe: Tray of Omnomberry bars. The recipe showed up in my inventory but when I double click it it says I already know the recipe and it doesn’t show up in my recipe list at the crafting station. Anyone know what’s up or how to fix it?
