Guild Wars 2

I wanted to request info/ a future feature or arrangement for legendary. I recently crafted The Juggernaut, but sadly it does not have the desired stats i need from a weapon, to add to that even if i were to transmutate it was announced that legendary will get buffed to ascended power once those weapons are released.
Over all there is a lack of knowledge on what will happen when, what we can or cannot do statwise to edit legendary without hurting future upgrades, and or if we edit the stats now if the ascended upgrade will even work, reset stat change, or give bonus according to new stats.
Since legendary is.. as good and as hard as it gets, Anet could you allow some more freedom with legendary stat editing? maybe some vendor/item that will allow us to determine the stat combo, seems silly that the legendary cant be as functional as we want it to be. Any intention clarification would be nice too,

I think its fine as it is. Not happy with the stats? Transmute it.
Power Vit Toughness is the best for the majority of builds, so its a good choice from Anet.

-nods in agreement- They could just add a couple insignias as a sub-gift somewhere that determine the stats. Like 5 or so…

I am searching for a way to get equipment with the stats I’d like to have by myself. I ended up with a crafting suggestion, see here. But I would appreciate any way to get more stat combinations then the litte variations one can find now.

true , when some one spend this enormous amount of gold for wapons and cant have stats like he want then this is stupid , i will be crafting gs for my guardian and i need stats in this wapons very specific .
