How can I craft or where can I find the recipe for this rune? (superior, ofc)
Was it a jubilee only?

it’s made with armorsmith crafting. superior uses ori ingot, ecto, onyx lodestone, 250 watchwork sprockets

Yeah, but you can’t discover it (you can’t put watchwork in the crafting station). You need a recipe. Where can I get that?

You could get the recipe during the Jubilee, which was a living story patch a couple of weeks back.

If you dont have one now, you cant get one until Queen Jenna opens up the Pavilion in Divinty´s Reach again.
