Has anyone used either a complete set of superior runes of exuberance or superior runes of perplexity? If so, what professions, armors, and/or builds have you used them on? Have you found them effective?

I’ve been stockpiling my watchwork cog thingies and plan to make some runes and am curious how effective anyone has found them to be.

Have heard lots of Cries and builds for perplexity…engy, mesmer and warrior utilizing interrupts have been able to use to great effectiveness…perplexity may be getting nerfed to adding ICD. So hoard with caution

I’ve been running a set of rune of exuberance for about 10 days on my guardian and i have to say it’s pretty underwhelming, i thought 3% of vitality added to precision and power could be huge with a PVT full set and 30 honor (for wvw), and well, it’s not, i’m about to change my set back to where it was before.

I’m pretty sad because i really thought i would love it, and that i’d finally get off the usual builds with this.
In the end i only gain about 30 (made up numbers i did not write them down but it should be pretty close) effective power and about 2% crit chance

If any other guardian has his experience to share too i’d be curious to see if they came to the same conculsion.
