After this patch the crafting vendors no longer sell this item. Where did it go? or How are we supposed to acquire them?

Maybe it’s just the vendor you’re talking to but the runes are at my vendor on the second tab.

Randomly chosen, i checked the crafting locations; Divinity Reach, Postern Ward LA and the Grove.

The Master Tailor doesnt sell Rune of Holdings anymore, the Master Leatherworker and Master Armorsmith still sell them.
