Can anyone give me some information on how Rune of the Eagle is created?

None of the GW2 databases or Wiki has any information on it except the stats. Can’t find what crafting skill is used, nor the required materials.

Well if its a craftable rune should be able to be made by one of the armor making professions.

Edit: Just took a quick look threw my crafting recipy site’s and that rune appears to not be craftable.

it isn’t craftable. its one of those runes you can only get by salvaging drops.
