I would like to know what crafters can make which runes..

Specifically i’d like to know who can make superior rune of the afflicted and superior rune of the krait.

Afaik tailors and leatherworkers can make runes. I think also armorsmiths. Idk who makes those runes though.

Some runes are drop or dungeon only. The runes you mention applies there.

I wish there was a way to reverse engineer the drop runes and sigils. Once I have one from salvaging an item, it would be great if I could then purchase an engineering token and create the recipe be destroying the rune with the token. That recipe could be either account bound or soulbound once reverse engineered out of a salvaged rune/sigil.

Armorsmiths can make Superior Runes of the Krait. They need: 1 [Orichalcum Ingot] and 1 [Pile of Putrid Essence] per rune.

The other one might require some salvaging as I have yet to figure out which one makes it.
