Salvaging inscriptions-BL vs master kit
As far as I know, you can’t salvage inscriptions, only runes and sigils.

With the Ascended patch, they made it possible to salvage inscriptions for combinations that you cannot make via crafting.

If that’s true, then would they be counted as upgrades or rare materials? Because if they’re counted as upgrades then Master’s has an 80% chance and BL has a 100% chance.
They are far from 100% with a BL kit. I salvaged a pile of exotics and got one inscription. Didn’t keep track of how many were weapons, but at least 10.

Similar story here. I’ve gotten one so far, out of maybe 15 salvages with a Black Lions kit.

BL is 50% for rarer mats and Master’s is 25%

Unless the inscriptions are counted as something else then I guess you guys just had bad luck with the coin flip?
