Hey all, I want to get all the mats required for (or as close as possible) to making some ascended weapons. The only problem is it isn’t for me. I want to send the mats to a different account. If it is possible at all, can anyone send me the non-accountbound mats needed to make a weapon, and all the acoundbound ones too. Also, if it helps, its for a scepter, if that does change anything. One more thing, the stats are either carrion, dire, or rabid. Thanks for the help!

Account bound mats cannot be sent to anyone. Non-bound can. Someone could send you Spirit Wood planks and Deldrimoor Steel ingots as well as a Deldrimoor Steel Dowel or even a fully made Inscription. They can also be bought at Black Lion Trading Post.

But you still need a lvl 500 crafter (Artificer for the Sceptre) to put them all together. Getting that artificer to lvl 500 using the refining materials on the way will pretty much give you the planks and steel you need for one weapon.
