Guild Commendation trader has Sentinel’s Orichalcum Imbued Inscriptions available for 80 silver and 10 commendations.

Recipes for those were never available, they were just drops from a dungeon.

And as already mentioned, Inscriptions are available at the guild commendation vendor and im sure insignias will follow once ascended armor is introduced.

However, right now its cheaper to buy sentinel exotic weapons directly form the trading post as they are about half price of the inscription itself due to overproduction.
