Sentinel items.

A guildmate of mine posted a green Sentinel insignia, that was salvaged from one of the new content items. Did this get put in as a new crafting bit? Is there a recipe that is open to the public or is in it discovery? Details would be most welcome.

just had an exotic Sentinal Insignia drop for me, final boss of FF dungeon. Havent checked to see if there is a permanent recipe yet.
