Is Sentinel’s going to be an available stat choice to convert to once Magic Find Armor and Weapons become a blank slate that lets you convert it into any “craftable” set?

No one knows for sure, but I’m personally hoping it is.

Since you can’t craft the emblem, I’d be expecting a big ol’ NO.

They said it can be converted ‘any other crafting stat’. Sentinel gear can be crafted, just not the insignia.
This can go either way.

To you, it can’t. To people selling zerker gear, it can’t either. To Arenet, all stats are – and should be – the same. And since the equipment will be account bound, the item will have no market value.
Plus, it’s all a gamble anyway.

My guess would be that no, Sentinel’s will not be one of the choices for converting Magic Find gear.

While it IS technically a “crafted” stat combo, its a special / rare one. It requires rare items that are only available through salvage. My thinking is that it will only include the normal stat combos which are available through basic crafting using standard fine materials, not Sentinel’s, Giver’s, or Celestial which all require recipes or special ingredients.

The only one I’m not really sure on is Apothecary’s. Apoth has been integrated in such a way that it basically is a standard combo at this point, and uses materials that are not limited-time or anything. I’m leaning toward Apoth probably being one of the choices, but it could go either way.

What about celestial armor.If you can i’m going to be so mad,cause I just spent a month making it.

IF that were true I’d still be harvesting Azurite, 3 of my characters would have full celestial already, and I wouldn’t have to wait for all the stars and moons to align to buy Settlers gear.

All stat combos are NOT created equally. If they want them to be on the swap list, great, but I wouldn’t expect it of them.

Perhaps I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

On the other hand they also mention they are adding new stat combo recipes – that may open it up quite a bit. Just have to wait and see.

Sentinel is Soldiers, no? Or is the stat order different?

Sentinel’s is Vitality major, Power and Toughness minor.
