So got an intricate settler’s inscription (toughness healing condition)and I’m making ascended weapons at this point. I’d also like to make a hammer.

What I’d like to know is if it would make a good hammer or if that stat combo really doesn’t work with the weapon.

You expect us to answer that without telling us your class? But anyway it’s definitely suboptimal since the two classes that can use hammer don’t use them on their condition builds. Although guardians don’t really have a real condition build.

Settlers only works on condition builds that rely a lot on healing power boosted regen effects and usually use dire and apothecary as well. The only classes that really use it are troll unugent perma regen condition Rangers and pistol dagger thieves with shadow arts and signet of malice.
