Guild Wars 2

Hey all I am trying to find out if these two sigils share the same Cd? I know “on kill stacking effects” do not stack but Sigil of Speed is “on kill” not “on kill stacking effect”. So based on my research they should stack since they are different effect types.

If anyone has a definite answer, it would be much appreciated.

It works. My ranger uses precision+speed with axe/warhorn.

1 minute cap on swiftness tho, it seems.

Well that confirms my suspicions! Awesome thank you I can deal with a 1 min cd for tasty tasty haste but if I had to choose bloodlust>speed but bloodlust main hand with speed in offhand would be absolutely ideal!!!
