Guild Wars 2

Hi,

I just crafted a rare set for my bro (explorer) and set them with opal crystal.
All the pieces are Soulbound on use.
But I can not send them or sold them?
Whats the trick? Is that because I set the crystal myself? But after the setting the pieces are still mark as souldbound on use…

I believe putting any sort of an upgrade item into armor automatically make it soul bound. At least, that what the in game warning text says when you go to put the upgrade in

Wonder what’s wrong?

I’m a bit frustrated as the resources in the game are very rare or expensive..

Using an upgrade on an item causes the item to be Account Bound. Additionally if the item is Masterwork or above then it will become Soulbound on use. This wasn’t always the case, it used to be bound on applying upgrade.

The warning is correct, the item info popup is no.
