I am really interested on any information on the Spark of Rage. Please share any information on whatever you might know.

1. Can it be crafted?
2. Is it only from loot?

A devs response would be greatly appreciated.

From what I learned by searching (not strictly in this forum),you can get one by feeding 4 rare level 80 (not sure if only 80, some say you can also get it with level 70+ ones) daggers to Zomorros. I don’t know the chances of getting it though. Well worth a try.
