Is there a way to create the spinal blade now? I miss the event with Lion Arch

Have to farm Aetherblades and the not so secret jp.

Trading post is the only way.

You can also use watchwork sprockets to make blade shards in the mystic forge. That gets expensive if you have to buy the sprockets, but if you have the home instance node, or a friend does, you can get a few each day that way, and maybe some shards. Also, if you have the watchwork pick just go mine everything you can find.

The Spinal Blade blueprint is account bound, but the individual pieces are tradable. You can still buy them cheaply from the TP.

You know I got some blade shards, 6 of them, yesterday and looked it up how to do this. Well those blade shards were from a fractal and seeing how many of them I needed, I already quit. Blade shards must’ve dropped like candy during the time it came out.

Oh yeah, they did. XD I had 10 spare stacks of Blade Shards after making one Spinal Blades backpiece. Other players had even more than me.

I have about 7 stacks. If they were tradeable, I would just mail them to you as I have no use for them.

Wasn’t there also a special receipe that you had to buy at an NPC. That one where
you could buy either Leatherworker, Armorsmith or Tailor .. and where Leatherworker
was the best choice ?

Yes and you still can buy it to Miyani.

Shame that the blueprint is account bound. I’ve got 3 in my bank. I will probably need 2 since I’ve been thinking of making the red and blue ones just to complete the set.

If you have the watchwork sprocket node in your home instance, you can get blades from that as well

Yeh, that’s what I was talking about. I’ve got 3 combined ones. I just need 7 each of the green and red cores now
