Guild Wars 2

My character has 1 Exotic Spinal Blade equipped.

I would like to uppgrade it ascended but i cant pass it on my other character ( the one with a capped crafting skil ) cause its soulbound and not accountbound.

What to do?
Is this gonna be fixed soon?

All the other ingredients you need to craft the ascended piece are account bound, so craft them on your ascended crafter, put them in the bank and take them out with your toon to which the backpiece is soulbound.
Throw them in the Mystic Forge with your exotic backpiece and you have an account bound ascended backpiece.
