I have the exotic version right now, but i hate the look. Since their revamp of transmuting can you “transmute” it now while still being able to put it in the mystic forge later to make it ascended?

As long as you are keeping the stats then yes.

You could also just hide it.

I just want my zenith pack but I do want stats haha!

They warned, that transmuting this may make it unviable for forging later, so i’d wait till ascended version at least (or better yet, infused one).
