so after countless game time to finally be able to farm enough gold and crafting mats to finally reach lvl 500 leather worker, planning on being able to whip up some ascended gear, i come to a complete halt for 15 days, because i can only craft ONE spool a day…… Come on arena net, what kind of garbage is that…. you have absolutely no in game info to help with what to even do in the game so everybody is forced to “look it up” and after putting in hours after hours of game time in finally being able to make something worth the time, you just end up getting screwed over….. not to mention acquiring legendary’ s is practically impossible to do without dedicating your life to the game….

No, i disagree. This would have drained out too many common t2-5 mats out of the economy.

true, that is a good point, but wouldn’t it be smarter to just add a t7 mat list, instead of making them cost several stacks of t2-5 mats

No, the recipes were introduced the way they are to add value to t2-5 mats, so some of those are drained out of the economy and new players can profit off it, while levleing their first toon. If mid and low tier mats become more valuable, it also gives more incentive for players to visit those maps to gather them, populating the maps.
