Spvp Armor Token

Not sure if this belongs in the Spvp forum or crafting, took a chance and put it here. But didn’t Glory vendors used to sell armor tokens directly. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Glory vendor, but I went just now and they don’t have any armor tokens for sale. Is the only way to get armor tokens now is through salvaging spvp gear?
