Last night I was very fortunate enough to acquire a Superior rune of the Mad King recipe from a TOT bag. The recipe however is for Armorsmith only it appears. Unfortunately I do not have a 400 armorsmith, yet.

My question is; once I am able to craft these with my Armorsmith, will I be able to use them on any type of armor(Light, medium and heavy)? Or will they only be able to be used on heavy armor? I guess this question can apply to all runes crafted this way, but I really want to see is anybody, especially a dev, knows for sure about the Superior Mad King Runes.

Also. I know that there are recipes for these runes for tailor and leatherworker. But since my rune only says armorsmith, if I were to use it on a character that has tailor and not armorsmith, will he not be able to craft this recipe?

The Rune itself, once made, will work on any armor and I assume be tradeable like all the other Runes.

If the recipe says Armorsmith, it is for Armorsmith. You can’t just cram it on your tailor and have them tailor an Armorsmith recipe.
