Tattered Hide- Mystic Forge recipe

Just noticed this, the Tattered hide seems to be used in the Mystic forge for something. Don’t know what but it cant be crafted with general items, it seems to be more of a specific recipe. Anyone know what this is used in? Ive looked at some of the other salvage items and cant seem to find anything else that can be used with it.
Edit: Just checked, cant be forged with its self.
