The Anomaly recipe

So the recipe in gw2wiki says

250 ectos
Bloodstone shard
eldritch scroll
100 mystic coins.

I just want a confirmation. Is this failsafe? I remember hearing people getting the wrong items from certain recipes. I’d hate to lose a lot of gold this way.
